Note: The protection on this route consists of an approx. 10 pieces of old rusty piétons of witch at least two thirds are way over their expiry date. It is nice to climb doh, but bring at least a full set of nuts, friends and maybe an additional nr.4,5 and 6 to protect the chemney. A hammer and some extra knife blades or thinner piétons would be nice too or if you're serious about protection, a few new bolts could be handy too. Be prepared to get your ass kicked if you want to onsight this thing

Note: Alpinismo e ardire d'altri tempi. Chiodi tutti arrugginiti e alcuni rotti/mancanti. Tratti di roccia rotta sul secondo tiro. Protezioni sempre distanti e difficilmente visibili dal basso. Friend piccoli molto utili. Il 5c obbligatorio sembra decisamente riduttivo.Un bel banco di prova! Onore agli apritori Maurizio Zanolla e Alessandro Gogna che vinsero eroicamente la guglia nel lontano gennaio 1981...

Note: Linked first two pitches (5c and 6b) super fun. Third pitch, 6b+ incredibly sandbagged. Unless you’re really good at fingercracks.. heady climb with tough beta! Spooked us for the next pitch, which looked like very vertical slab. We couldn’t see the next pitch, the 6c and assumed it might also be sandbagged. We bailed. But it was very scenic. 70m rope descent was fine.
